The studio
Architectural thinking. Considered light.
I’m Baltasar Solano Vallès, an architecture student and architectural visualizer. I focus on the relationship between construction, materials and light, so the image communicates the design rather than hiding it.
I develop exterior, interior and context imagery for architectural presentations. You work directly with me: we agree the brief, review the views and define the delivery together. Based in Barcelona, available for remote collaboration.

Questions
Questions, answered.
Pricing, timing, files and rights — what every architect asks before the first render.
How much does an architectural rendering cost?
Single images start at an indicative €500. The written quote specifies modeling, image count, resolution, two revision rounds, any extra work and applicable taxes before you accept. The final total depends on the brief. See the full pricing guide →
How long does a render take?
Allow approximately 7–12 working days after the brief is approved and the agreed documentation is complete. The quote confirms the schedule. Late feedback or design changes can move delivery; urgent work is subject to availability.
What files do you need to start?
A 3D model (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max or an OBJ/FBX export) or 2D CAD drawings (DWG/PDF), plus references and a moodboard. If there is no 3D model yet, it can be built from plans and sections — quoted separately.
How many revision rounds are included?
The standard proposal includes two consolidated feedback rounds per image. The quote defines the camera and material approval stages. New design options, extra views or changes after approval are assessed and quoted before work continues.
Do you work with studios outside Barcelona?
Yes. Based in Barcelona, I am available for remote collaboration. Documentation, camera reviews, feedback and delivery can be coordinated online.
What types of projects do you render?
Cultural and public buildings (museums, libraries, schools, civic centres, transport), residential (housing, villas, interiors) and masterplans or urban design. The images serve competitions, planning submissions, real-estate marketing and editorial use.
Which image uses are included?
The quote sets out the commercial uses included for the final images, such as presentation, competition and marketing. Usage permission is not an automatic transfer of all copyright. Source files, exclusivity and portfolio publication are agreed separately.
Can we agree confidentiality and payment terms?
Yes. Tell me about confidentiality requirements before sending sensitive material. The written proposal confirms payment milestones, licensing and any permission to publish the images before work begins.
